"Cant log out of iCloud: I cant log out of an iCloud on my old email that I no longer have access to, I would reset the password with my number but I changed NUMBERS!!!! I feel like there is nothing I can do Ive tried everything, I even called my old number to see if they can help me but turns out my old number is now an office number... If there is anything I can do please let me know I cant even log back into my phone since it's on activation lock!!"

Changing the Phone Number:
A. Contact Apple Support:
Have Apple Support change it to what it should be. Ask them why these accounts still show up. If need be, perform a screensharing session with them, so they can see this firsthand, from your perspective. Apple Support is the only official way to get this to stop switching.

B. Perform a Screensharing Session:
Use my User Tip: Screenshare your iPhone with the Camera App Enabled to Easily Converse Over-the-Phone with Apple Support - User Tip While on the phone with the Apple Rep, screenshare your iPhone through use of the Camera app, while on Speaker Phone. In doing so, the Apple Rep will be able to see this firsthand, from YOUR perspective. You'd hover your iPhone over your Mac, as you go about troubleshooting this with the Apple Rep.
C. Confirm the Logout:
IMPORTANT: While on the phone, perform a Trail & Error login session, prior to ending the call, to confirm all is complete.
