MacBook Pro m4 2025 overheating screen

I recently bought a MacBook Pro m4 for €2600 euros and my screen and bottom part of my laptop overheats so badly that I can’t have it on my lap, or touch it. I have only a couple of pages on my browser opened la it doesn’t make any sense. I have the latest updates but it’s crazy how heats up
