How to save videos from files to photos
Iknow that there is a save photo/video button once you click share but when I use that it doesn’t work, so what do I do

It is absolutely correct that to save a video or a picture from the Files app to the Photos app, you have to press share and select Save Video or Save Photo. However, you should be aware that the Photos app does not support all video formats. So if the video is not a supported format, you will not be presented with the "Save Video" button.
The Photos app supports the following video formats:
MP4, M4V, MOV, 3GP, AVI.
