The Location Services main toggle doesn’t open or respond when clicked.

On my new Mac mini M4, the Location Services toggle isn’t working or responding when I click it. Normally, it should prompt for authentication or a password, but nothing happens—it just stays static.

I also noticed that my iPhone’s Continuity Camera feature isn’t working on this Mac mini. It opens properly on my MacBook, but not on the Mac mini.

Does the Continuity Camera depend on Location Services? And why might the Location Services option be unresponsive? How can I fix this issue?
