iPhone 17 Pro Max deletes bookmarks and iCloud files

I had to notice that my iPhone 17 Pro Max not only deleted the majority of my bookmarks, but also all bookmark files in the iCloud. Does anybody know another way to restore the deleted bookmarks? Restoring from iCloud backup doesn’t help.
