how do I update the firmware for my new AirPods Pro 3 which I purchased 18/10/25 as they currently are not displaying the hearing test

Updating Airpods:
AirPods cannot be updated manually. They update the next time they sync to a device that itself is connected to the internet. This is because they do not have their own IP address. So, connect them to your iPhone, and let all be for few moments. It will sync itself, sure enough.
