Shared album in iPhoto on Macbook Air M1 2020

I'm trying to create a shared album on my mac. Following the instructions going into iPhoto-settings-icloud but nothing appears, not a scroll down window. I restarted the laptop and tried again without success. Anyone how to solve this?
