Recovering accidentally deleted iCloud contacts from Apple's servers

Hi, i accidentally deleted over 400 contacts from my account yesterday. I do not have any contact archives or backups and the recently deleted folder is empty. These contacts were very important to me. Is there aby way to recover them from Apple’s servers? i would really appreciate any help you can provide.
