Suspicious spam email related to storage on iCloud

Is email “ mailer-da****@icloud.com “ legitimate? I received an email from “ mailer-da*****@icloud.com “that my payment information expired and 1TB storage will be deleted today but that isn’t the same amount of storage I pay for.
