Mistakenly deleted permanently voice memos from icloud

I was trying to free up space on iCloud and deleted voice memos stupidly assuming they’d remain on my phone - they haven’t and I’m devastated as there were some really special ones on there - my mothers voice and lot of 4.4 gb important lectures . please help me. How I can i get all those deleted voice memos from icloud ?

I suppose you've already looked at "Recently Deleted" in iCloud Drive at iCloud, is that right? This is a great safety device, but it can be defeated. I'm afraid that there's no 2nd, 3rd, or 4th, level safety for the safeties.

Unfortunately, if you don't keep your own backups to an external drive, then there really isn't any place else to look.
