Apple EarPods causing iPhone glitches

This keeps happening and i’m getting really ****** off as a normal stressed out person would when things don’t go right, i have wired headphones and i had them plugged in working perfectly and then everything was glitching you couldn’t hear anything, seemed like there was no wifi, UNTIL i unplugged the headphones and wow i was able to hear again! and yes it was also apple wired headphones,
