Need a docking station that will work with a Macbook Air M1 and a Dell Latitude Laptop

I currently have a Dell WD15 Monitor Dock 4K with 180W Adapter, USB-C, (450-AEUO, 7FJ4J, 4W2HW),Black,Dual Display that I was using with my two Dell laptops. I have currently received a Macbook Air M1 and would like to replace the older Dell with the Macbook. I also have a KVM switch that currently switches between the two Dell laptops. I use the USB-A receivers for the Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse and connect an Acer monitor. I purchased an off brand hub to power the Macbook but the switch would not work for the mouse or keyboard. The monitors worked fine for both laptops. If I attached the mouse and keyboard to the switch only the Dell worked. If I moved the USB receivers to the generic hub the Macbook worked but not the Dell. I was trying to utilize my existing equipment but I am afraid I need a whole different setup. The Dell is a work computer and I have to use it when working from home. Any advice on a new hub, etc. without breaking the bank? Thank you.
