iPhone's "Contacts Found in Mail" Feature (iOS Mail App)

iOS has a feature that scans your emails for contact information and suggests/adds it.

How to check and disable it (for older iOS versions):

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Scroll down and tap Mail (or Mail, Contacts, Calendars on older iOS).
  3. Under the "Contacts" section, find Contacts Found in Mail (or Suggestions Found in Mail).
  4. Toggle this setting OFF.

Disabling this should remove any unconfirmed suggestions that were added from scanning your emails.
