App Store Account Settings Unresponsive and Gift Card Redemption Not Working

I've encountered critical issues with the App Store on macOS Tahoe where the Account Settings button is completely unresponsive and gift card redemption is not functioning.

Issues:

The "Account Settings" button shows no response when clicked - nothing happens

The close button (✖️) in the Gift Card interface displays an error

Gift card redemption is not working

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open App Store
2. Click on "Account Settings" - no response occurs
3. Attempt to access/use Gift Card functionality

System Information:

Impact:
