Beats Studio Buds Connection Button Not Working, Cannot reset

I just received my Beats Studio Buds and when I try to connect to my iPhone 15 Pro, I follow the instructions that are provided and when it is time to push the connect button on the case, the light shuts off after about 2 seconds and the connection never happens. The case and buds are 100% charged. Any suggestions?
