Unwanted FaceTime calls from scammers on iPhone

Scammer breaks through my silence unknown callers. Will also use FaceTime. When using FaceTime my phone activates and answers itself. There is no face on line just mine. There is no number attached just an iCloud email. Its a lottery scam,
