Books: zoom issue on double tap

In the previous Books versions a double tap on a pdf was perfect, zooming on the area you were clicking on. If you were clicking on a wallpaper column, the app zoomed on the column; if you clicked on a title, it assumed you wanted the whole visualization and zoomed less. Now, with no apparent reason, the zoom is much wider and pdf fonts appear too little, pushing one to adjust it manually by pinch to zoom to read fine, especially if he is are so young. Unbelievably, no settings to adjust this is disposable in the app, besides. Please, fix it.
