Contacts Company field are missing for most of my contacts

Hi Apple Support,

Recently I'm facing an issue where most of my Contacts "Company Field" are removed and not showing in my iPhone7 that in sync with iCloud Contacts, this is the 2nd time imp facing the same issue in this Year, please guide me to resolve.
