How do I merge duplicate contacts on iPhone 15 Pro without a Mac?

I am using iPhone 15 Pro with iOS 18.7.1.

I have 2,666 contacts in my "All Contacts" list on my phone and I know that mostlikely more than 50% of them are Duplicates. I would like merge contacts and am unable to find a method for doing this.

In the Apple Support guides where they say to go to "My Card" to find the merge duplicates function, it is not there.

I do not use a Apple computer, I use Windows 11. I have set up iCloud for Windows but still am unable to find a merging solution. Relevant guidance would be appreciated.
