How can I allow website usage during downtime

I have a couple website apps (add to home screen button in safari) which I sometimes need to use during downtime. As I currently have it set up, this requires me to always go in, input the screen time password I have set, and click "allow for all day". I attempted to add safari to the "allowed during downtime" list, but that isn't an option. Additionally, you can not add websites individually as "always allowed under downtime", and setting a website to always allowed in CONTENT & PRIVACY RESTRICTIONS does not let me use it during downtime either. I could not find any solution on the forums or through search engines— all the recommendations don't seem to work.
