I was going on safari today after I got home from work my tabs were still open but when I left for my hair appointment they were gone all my stories and videos 223 or 224 tabs are missing please help me

You can have your saved website activity and tabs synced across your apple devices
So that the same 223 Safari tabs you have open on your iPhone are saved and mirrored on your iPad and Mac

In all likelihood, you don't.
Browser tabs aren't exactly supposed to be permanent storage. If they're important, save them to your reading list.
Should it happen again a quick "shake to undo" will restore closed tabs, but if a long time has transpired since then in all likelihood they're gone.
