Location unavailable in Messages for specific contact

I’m having an issue within messages. While in the txt thread at the top is the screen I can see below my friends name the city she’s in, but when I tap on her name, the map is blank and says “Location Unavailable” so I can’t see precisely where she is. I’m the only one of her friends that this is happening with and she’s the only one I’m having this issue with. We’ve don’t all the things… closing out the app and reopening, going into “find my” and making sure “share my location” is on, making sure “location services”

is on in Privacy and Security”…. What are we missing. It’s weird that the issue is only between the two of us and not our other friends/family and only since we updates to iOS 26 😩
