how to transfer photo from ibook(2002) to either SSD or macbook?
I tried with SSD, old iBook didn’t recognise SSD however unable to transfer photos at all.

Have you tried other hardware? HD? Flash drive?

What was the format of your SSD? Lots of formats have been designed since 2000. iPhones were introduced in 2007! Does it have a USB port? Can you format the drive with the iBook? ExFAT is the oldest format that a modern Mac can make, and it's from 2006.
Will an iBook burn a CD if you connect an optical drive?
The iBook had wifi-- perhaps you could email the pictures, or transfer them to iCloud.
