I cant connect to the appstore on my ios 7.1.2 iPhone 4.
I think this is a recent issue, as i was able to access it on a different iPhone 4 in late 2023.

i'm in the same boat - i had a completely reset iPhone4 in some luggage that a decade+ ago kept to put foreign SIMs in if needed, now i'd like to use it for what's available or Google Voice calls and the app store is blank... anyone have a fix?
I wanted to access the 32 bit apps, so i just got an iPhone 4S! I dont need support with this anymore
