Apple Music on MacBook Air won't play

Apple Music on my MacBook won’t play any songs except downloaded ones. I’ve tried signing in and out—no luck. Cache files don’t exist. Works fine on my iPhone. Also noticed Apple TV won’t play anything either. Anyone else experiencing this? Everything is updated.
