Photos out of order, deleted pictures coming back

About a couple days ago I opened up my photo gallery to see a bunch of my deleted photos that were already out of my recently deleted back onto my main gallery. Also all my hidden photos were randomly placed back out of the category. That and I also noticed that everything was out of order, all my photos and dates were mixed up and in the wrong spot. As if that’s how it was taken in the first place. I was confused so I tried turning off iCloud and turning it back on, it didn’t work, everything was still the same. And yes, I already know about the fact you can sort photos, right? But it’s in my main gallery, it’s ALL my photos. It’s recent. All I want is for my stuff to be put back in order. The only option I have left is to do the reset all content and settings. But even then what if it doesn’t work?
