How to remove incorrect contact suggestion from Apple Intelligence & Siri on iPhone?

Recently, I noticed that someone else's mobile number was listed (in addition to mine) on Contacts>My Card. It's a number that someone sent in an email over nine months ago. I may have called them once or twice at that time, but not since.

Steps that I've taken...

• Confirmed that this number is not listed in my personal contact card.
• Deleted my contact card.
• Recreated my contact card.
• Confirmed that my contact card is correctly associated with "My Info" in Contacts.

From what I can tell, this seems to be a Contact Suggestion from Apple Intelligence & Siri. I can't find a way to delete it, or to reset these suggestions. My only option is to toggle OFF Show Contact Suggestions. This removes the incorrect mobile number, but it returns once I toggle Show Contact Suggestions ON again.

Please help!
