Cannot import song in tahoe

Hi guys, I'm wondering if anyone could help me. Ever since I upgraded to Tahoe, I have not been able to import songs to the Music app. Usually, I could just drag and drop to the Library panel with the green 'plus' icon next to the cursor. I tried the 'Import' command under File but that also didn't work. I tried to add to my media folder, also didn't work. I tried many other songs, also the same. Thank you in advance.
