Moving photos into folders on iPhone 15 Pro Max

Hi.

i start with, my English is not best.

But..

I wounder if i make one folder for picture and put the picture there, is it moved then? So i can delete it in the start folder? i wanna put pictures in folders but before if i did that it just made a copy. now i don't wanna have copy i just wanna move it, and delete if from start folder. is this possible on IOS 26,1? Iphone 15 PRO MAX.

Much of the power that Photos offers us is its the ability to put pictures in several different albums, so that they can be found with other pictures that have similar dates, or with similar families, or with similar destinations, or whatever. If the picture disappears from the Library view when you put it in one album, then you don't have it to put in other albums-- that would be a severe limitation.


Nonetheless, you can use Library to show only pictures that have not been put into albums by using the Filter,

"Not in an Album." This may be just what you need.

No, you're no physically moving the photos to the album, it points back to the photo in photo app.
