Best software to play and record DVD/Bluray on Sequoia

I have a Pioneer BDR-209DBK BluRay/DVD player/burner I purchased in 2013 to use as an internal optical drive for my MacPro 5,1. I used it for many years but finally had to retire the MacPro this year. I purchased an external enclosure to use it with my MacMini M1. I believe I used to use Roxio Toast to burn DVDs and BluRay disks.

What is the best software to be able to play and burn DVDs/Blurays with the Mac Mini running Sequoia? Do I need one or two apps?

Thanks.

that being said I only googled on your behalf while I own an external usb blueray burner drive then I've never burned or even viewed a blueray movie in my life.
