Can't leave Family Sharing due to Screen Time and parental controls

using my work laptop to write this, I joined a family plan and now I cant leave it due to a screen time? is there a way to reset my phone with my laptop, I'm really at a lose here and don't know what to do. in the family its me and my dad I guess he added a screen time to it and I can't use my phone at all. I have to send requests to him and he dosnt know how to use his phone due to his age. I cant check work/school emails, texts, open apps, ect. I tried to use his phone to use his phone to turn it off and let me leave but he dosnt know the password so I cant do it from there. yes I've tried.. (edit: looking back at his phone it says im 14, is that why im 27 how would i change it )
