The CPU use is so high that Music is unusable

The CPU use is so high that Music is unusable.

After a restart of the computer it works fine for a couple of minutes and than it freezes for every task I want to do. All my Playlists open when I just want to open one of them. The positing of the app control bar is not ideal.

What to do?
