Apple Intelligence Not Showing on macOS Tahoe 26.0.1 Mac mini M4

Anyone can help I have issues with Apple Intelligence not working on Mac mini M4.

I already try Troubleshooting as below but it still has only Siri.

Configure Language & Region set to English (US) as Primary then restart
Set Siri language English (US) too
Sign in and Sign out Apple ID then restart
Switch My Apple ID to US Store

Apple intelligence stuck at 100% complete downloading I updated my macOS to 15.2 this morning from a developer beta version. The Apple Intelligence was working for the first 5 minutes, but then it disappeared and Siri went back to the old Siri. I found in the settings that it is downloading support for Apple Intelligence. However, after 2 hours wait, it is still stuck at 100% complete. Anyone has the same experience as this? How do you solve it?

Apple Intelligence Stuck on Downloading (M1 Mac Studio) Hi, Apple Intelligence in system settings seems to be stuck on Downloading for a couple of days now. I saw a suggestion to try changing the Siri language but when I try to select a language under Siri Requests I get: "Settings Error" Extension process(3544) exited. Any suggestions to un-stuck this process would be appreciated.
