Email links won't open in safari  "t03.mailsrv-e.com"

On my iPhone, when I click on a link in an email , I get this message: "Safari can't open the page because it couldn't establish a secure connection to the server"   "t03.mailsrv-e.com"

When I click on the email link from my computer, the video plays and the page opens without a problem.

What setting needs to be changed?

Have the mail sender check their embedded links, and then contact their email services provider, (what seems to be) Remarkety.

It appears Remarkety mail server isn’t meeting the SMTP security certificate requirements set by Apple, or something the contents of the mail message is linking to.

(A single and apparently-simple webpage csn be assembled with content directly loaded from all over the internet.)
