Unable to recover photos from iPhone 15 Pro Max backup

So am having issues recovering my last backup on my old iPhone 15 pro max i had a 13 pro max which i backup and later got an 15 pro which i also backup but it’s like i only have pictures from the 13 pro max back up and I can’t find the 15 pro max backup pictures can anyone help

The contents of your backup will restore when you set up your device using that backup. If they are no photos in your backup then you likely had iCloud Photos enabled. Simply log into your iCloud account.
