Should I use a hard case on my 2024 MacBook Air M4?

I have a 2024 M4 13 Inch Macbook Air should I use a hardcase on it?

I had an NCO case that I bought in Costa Rica with ISHOP an apple authorized reseller but people around me kept recommending me not to use it. I watched on Youtube in Apple Explained a video that also recommended not to use it. But I wanted a more official direct response from Apple.

Apple is not here so you will not receive a response from Apple. FWIW, I would not use a "hard case" on my computer. The computer already has a hard case. An additional hard case may interfere with heat dissipation.

I know I just can't find any proper webpage or number or any official guidance regarding the matter. If you any idea of official means of contact like customer support which isn't limited to USA phone numbers for obvious reasons would appreciate it. Just wanna take the best decision. If its extra protection only for me its totally but if decimates the hinge and durability of it then I wanna know.
