I have no outstanding subscriptions, and yet I still cannot download apps
I have checked my subscriptions using the Apple support website, through app store, and through my settings. I have no active subscriptions or any outstanding balances, and yet every time I try and download something I’m prompted to put in my card information, only to be brought back to the same message on repeat. I haven’t been able to download anything in over a month, and would really appreciate any help!
