App store dont have regione i need
When I go to my iCloud account ,country ist Guinea ,and when I go to change same ,there is no Germany like option .My App Store doesn’t work

If you live in Guinea, you can't just choose a different countries App Store. You'd have to have an address in another country and a payment method issued in that country. Do you have a Germany address and credit card issued in Germany?
