High quality USB C cables works for iPhone 15 Pro, but does not work for 17 Pro

It is interesting to note that the chargers you work with your iPhone 15 Pro, but not your iPhone 17 Pro. Have you considered using an Apple-certified accessory? You can verify if your charger has the “Made for iPhone” label on the product box like the following. You may check this Apple Support Article About Made for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch accessories - Apple Support

Try restarting it, or even a forced restart (Force restart iPhone - Apple Support). Also, iOS26.0.1 is out, but I don’t recall anything in the notes about that sort of issue. Might be worth trying.

Are you getting an error message? Or just no response?

And is the 15 updated to 26?

Nowhere in their post did they mention an issue with a charger, they are having problems with their phone not connecting to an SSD.
