AppleCare+ for Beats Studio Buds+ with charging issue

I bought a pair of Beats Studio Buds+ on Amazon that come with Apple Care+. They also come with one earbud that doesn’t charge. Do I send them back (this will be the second time)? Can I get them fixed by Apple?
