headphones not detected by bluetooth (ios 26, iphone 13)

Sennheiser HD BT350 headphones not detected in bluetooth by iPhone 13

Pro using iOS 26 or iOS 18. These headphones worked as expected with

iPhone 11XS (iOS 18) and work with PC (W11Pro, BT5.0). Switched to

iPhone 13 Pro in July 2025 initially using iOS 18: headphones not

detected in BT. Upgraded to iOS 26: headphones not detected.

The iPhone 13

Pro detects and connects to other BT devices which had been used with

the iPhone 11XS including: Apple Watch 7, JBL Clip 4, and Scosche

BTFM3.

Have tried the recommended potential fixes without resolving this problem:

• cycled power off and on on phone and headphones
• toggling BT on and off on the phone
• resetting the network settings on the phone
• using
• the latest available software and firmware for both devices (No
• firmware updates were ever released for the Sennheiser HD BT350
• headphones, i.e., they're using the latest available.)
