How do I find corrupted plugins causing headphone distortion on my MacBook Pro?

Hey guys, so I have a MacBook Pro and I'm a music producer, so the issue that I've been having is that I'm hearing a lot of distortion through my headphones, which I think it's because of the plugins that I've downloaded, which all of them are cracked, and or it could be the headphone issue where the headphone driver is messed up. but I highly doubt that it could be the plugins that I've installed since all of them are mostly cracked, so I want help to find those specific corrupted VSTs or plugins that's causing the issue with the laptop, which is increasing the input gain or something in my laptop.
