I have been unable to backup my Iphone for sevral months.
My iphone is a 13 pro max and has a 700 GB unused storage on my phone and a barely used 2TB icloud storage.
I have tried several WiFi networks and the backup is never unending.

It shouldn't take so long, and apparently it's not the wifi. Do you use iCloud Photos? iCloud Drive? Do you have Optimize turned on?
Have you tried a forced restart?

This is different from a simple Power Off. I had to continue holding the button down past the "slide to power off" message, and then I released the button only after the Apple Logo appeared indicating a re-start.
