How to prevent stolen iPhone from accessing iCloud and social media accounts?

My phone was stolen, and I changed my iCloud password, and social media passwords. But the person who stole my phone keeps making social media accounts with my information. No matter how many times I have changed it he keeps making new accounts. What can I do to get him off my iCloud?

Iphone and apple account stolen at the same time Hello Apple Community, My iPhone was stolen, and somehow the thief managed to figure out my Apple ID password, changed it, and seemingly removed the device from Find My iPhone on iCloud. Fortunately, I’ve regained access to my Apple account and have updated the password. I have a few questions: Can I check the movement history of the device before it was removed from iCloud? It seems they attached a new Apple ID. Is it possible for Apple to provide me with information about this? (I’ve already reported the theft to the police.) If they switched the Apple account, will they have access to all my apps, including Outlook and Teams? Is it still possible to erase the data on the device in this case? I don’t care about the phone itself anymore, but I want to ensure that all my personal data is erased. Thank you very much for your support.
