iPhone 17 Pro suggests iCloud upgrade despite active Apple One 2TB plan

New iPhone 17 Pro presents a list of several “suggestions”, one of which was to upgrade my iCloud storage.

I am already an Apple One subscriber with 2TB of storage.

and the options offered include 2TB for $9.99/mo.

I’m confused (and everything seems to be working correctly)?

Would this be an ADDITIONAL amount of storage,
