Powerbeats Pro and Ape warranty
So I just purchased a set of pros not the pro2s. I have had them 3 months and the left bud started randomly losing charge and my right earbud would constantly play the low battery tune. I was sent a replacement of each piece and sent mine back. When I go to use the replacements I find that the left bud again will not work at all and the case they sent will not hold a charge. I take them to the Genius Bar where they are again tested and shipped out and again I am sent a set that this time the right bud will not work. Is there really not going to be any real correction made? I have lost my faith in it being made right and am beginning to lose my patience as well. I wound u0 on another call where they insist that the only guy thing they can do is send me another replacement and this has been going on all month already with no resolution!! Really if you cannot correctly repair an item the replace it with a brand new one.
Is there really no way to speak with someone other than a call center??? This is ridiculous!!! Apple support?? There's not a bit of support? Just keep throwing junk at me til I give up.
