Honda HR-V wireless charger not working with iPhone 14 Pro

I'm guessing that since you refer to the camera bump as a possible issue, you are using a wireless charging pad. Has a phone ever charged in that vehicle? When vehicle manufacturers began providing wireless charging pads in vehicles and the phones had MagSave charging, there were problems with the phone lining up with the charging coil in the car. I do not have a Honda, but I've not experienced any issues with my iPhone 17 Pro Max charging in my vehicle, despite the change in the camera bump on the newer phone. You may want to speak with your Honda dealership and see what they say and if they have had issues with iPhones charging in their vehicles.

This is NOT uncommon in many cars. The reality is most car manufacturers simply slap a cheap Qi charger under a pad and call it a day. With iPhone, if the Qi charger is not in the exact spot it needs to be to charge your phone, it just won't work. I had a Genesis GV70, which would not charge my phone on the charging mat. I now have a Mazda CX70, which does. There is nothing Apple can do for you on this. And there's likely little Honda can do for you either.
