How to stop an iphone from being removed on icloud?

Some crooks stole my iphone and managed to access my icloud, (including my Gmail and Facebook) and logged a request to have it removed. Now it's pending after 30 days, my iphone will be removed from icloud, hence I am asking to stop that or cancel that request?
