How to change my app store nickname?

Hi, I need to change my app store nickname. I don’t even remember creating one and the one i have isn’t even my name. I’ve tried going on my computer but the option to change it is missing. I don’t even see my nickname on my itunes account. only on reviews. how do i fix this???
