I’ve lost all my photos in my photo app and they’re not in my recently deleted album.
The photos are all in my iCloud and I can access them through the web but I want them in my actual Photos App.
is there anyway I could move the photos from my iCloud on the web to my App. I am on a Iphone 16.

To get your iCloud pictures on your iPhone, the phone must be connect to the same iCloud account. Check at iCloud.con where you see your pictures and double check your the Apple ID that you see there:
Then on your iPhone go to Settings, click on your name at the top,
and make sure the account on your phone is the same as at iCloud.com where you see you pictures.
If they are the same, then make sure that iCloud Photos is turned on. At Settings>[name]>iCloud, tap "Photos:"
and make sure that "Sync" is turned on.
That should do it. It may take awhile for the pictures to download from iCloud.com. For faster syncing, find good wifi, plug the phone in, and leave it alone.
